All workshops must be paid in full prior to commencement.
Individual workshops that are missed are unable to be made up.
The Art School has a No Refund Policy, except in the case of extended illness.
The Art School will occasionally take photos during workshops for use in our marketing and promotion - permission for this is implicit upon enrolment. If you do not wish yourself or your child to be photographed please make us aware of this at the start of the term.
Workshop program participants under 16 years old must be signed out of their workshop by their accompanying adult, unless prior arrangement has been made for students to travel home from the workshop independently.
If behavioural issues arise with children enrolled in our workshop programs, The Art School will notify and work with parents/guardians to secure a satisfactory improvement to the situation. In the unlikely case that the issue cannot be resolved The Art School reserves the right to cancel the participants place in the program. A full refund of the remaining unattended workshops will be supplied.
At the start of the workshop program children will receive a sketch book which must be brought with them for the duration of the program.
All additional art materials will be supplied for children’s workshop programs as required.
Adult workshop program participants will be given a materials list prior to the start of the first workshop. Alternatively adults can pay an additional fee for the supply of required materials.
